Activate or disable loyalty for a customer

By default, loyalty is not activated for a credit customer on StoreApp. If you however wish to activate or deactivate loyalty for any given customer follow the steps below.

Step 1:

From the StoreApp start page, Go to Administrative from the drop down list, Navigate to Transactors and click on Customers.

Step 2:

Right click on the customer and Select Change Loyalty Status.
