StoreApp allows you keep records of your customers, This feature helps you keep track on customers who is loyal and those who are still owing.
To use this features, Follow the steps below:
From the StoreApp start page, Go to Administrative from the drop down list, Navigate to Transactors and click on Customers.
Step 2: Click on Add Customer at the top right corner.
Step 3: Enter the required information. Click on Submit when done.
- Code is the loyalty or unique code given to the customer. You can click the button beside the code field to allow the system generate one for you.
- Credit Limit is the maximum amount of credit a customer is privileged to access. If the value is set to zero, such customer will not have access to credit facility.
- Validity (days) is the maximum period within which a customer must settle his credit.
