This feature allows you to record cash withdrawn from any cashier at any point in time.
You can record evacuated cash on the spot at a cashiers desk or do it from the administrative desk
To record evacuated cash on the spot
Step 1: Go to Shop then click Evacuate Cash.
Step 2: Enter the amount of cash evacuated.
Step 3: Enter the username and password of the person authorized to receive the cash.
To record evacuated cash from the administrator page
Step 1: Go to Accounting > Accounts then click Evacuation.
Step 2: Right click on the cashier’s name and choose Show Details.
Step 3: Click on Evacuate Cash and enter the amount collected from the cashier, then click on Submit when done.
