How to Enable or Disable a User Account on Storeapp
- Open User Management:Go to the HR section.Click on "Staff and Users."Select "User Management" from the drop-down menu.
- Search for the User:Use the search function to find the user.You can also filter users by roles or groups.
- Select the User:Right-click on the desired user.
- Change User Status:Click on "Set Status" to enable or disable the user account.
- Confirmation:A message will confirm that the user account status has been successfully changed.
