Step 1:

From StoreApp start page, click Administrative and from the drop down list, click Watchlist items:

Step 2:

On the top right side of the Watchlist page, click Add Product

Step 3:

Select the Product you want to add to the Watchlist and click Submit to add.

Step 4:

The Product is added on the Watchlist
