Resolving non response issue when StoreApp icon is clicked.

StoreApp does not respond when the StoreApp icon is clicked. To resolve this, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Press windows key + R simultaneously on the keyboard to open the windows RUN box.

Step 2: Type “appdata” in the text box as shown below and click ok.

Step 3: Double click on Local

 

Step 4: Open Clearwox Systems and delete all its content.

Step 5: Now click on the StoreApp icon to re-install the application and complete connection set up. For tutorial on how to complete a connection set up CLICK HERE
